Attention Elementary Families:
Today we celebrated the 100th day of school. Students were to dress like they were 100 or wear 100 items. Mrs. Quigley, Mrs. Snyder, and Mrs. Border organized a reward day that corresponded with the 100th day of school. One of the activities included decorating a paper chain.
The paper chain represents the journey and progress the students have made during the first 100 days of school. Each individual link symbolizes a step or accomplishment, showing how all the small efforts and milestones add up to something big. It's a visual and tangible way to celebrate the hard work, growth, and learning that has occurred up until this point, and it emphasizes the idea that success is built one step (or link) at a time.
The connecting paper chain also shows the strength of teamwork and community as the links come together to form one long, unified chain—just like the students coming together as a class to learn and grow.
